Our family had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh, perfectly located near major attractions. The spacious and clean rooms enhanced our relaxation, especially with access to the heated indoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were genuinely welcoming, making our experience nice. Nearby landmarks like Al Nakheel Mall and Landmarks Park provided excellent opportunities for family bonding. a good stay!

It was an enjoyable stay, beautifuly designed place. The location was unbeatable and magnificent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was 3 km from Royal Saudi Air Force Museum. We greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 30 minutes drive from the airport.

The location is super convenient for exploring the city—lots of attractions nearby. The rooms were really spacious and clean, and I loved the comfy bed after a long day of sight-seeing. Plus, the staff were super friendly; they even offered us coffee and dates upon arrival, which was a lovely local touch!

That said, I did encounter a few hiccups. Customer service could definitely use some improvement; sometimes it felt like no one was around when you needed them. I tried calling for info before my arrival and couldn't get through, and during a meeting, we waited ages for drinks that never came. Just a bit frustrating, that's all!

I recently enjoyed a good weekend getaway at the Radisson Blu, aiming to unwind from work stress. My stay lasted two nights and I was impressed by the prime location, despite some confusion for Uber drivers. The room design was fantastic, featuring a high-tech screen door and clever sensor lighting inside the cupboard. It was also quiet, and the room service was not only helpful but genuinely friendly. Clean and amazing hotel, attentive staff and top-notch rooms. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea making machines in the room and the comfy bed. Great and good food for breakfast. The pool area is clean too. The check out is late. Fine experience there

I had a frustrating experience with the service, especially at the check-in. The staff seemed clueless and it took forever to get assistance. I even had to sort out a payment issue myself, which should have never happened.

I gotta say, the location is spot on! Close to everything you need, especially if you’re in town for a tradeshow. The rooms are modern and really clean, which is always a plus. I also enjoyed the little touches in the lobby; they really make the place feel welcoming with that aromatic coffee and sweet treats!

But honestly, the service was a real letdown. It took ages to get help with laundry, and the business lounge was a mess. Dirty plates everywhere and barely any food! Plus, they messed up my checkout date and had to be reminded multiple times about my requests. Definitely not what I expected from a hotel like this.
